I’ve lived in Santa Barbara for over 40 years and feel fortunate, everyday, for being able to live here. I have over 15 years of experience in real estate, and hold an extensive knowledge of the market, compelling negotiating skills, a keen knack for securing deals and I love what I do!

Prior to real estate, I had a successful career in Hollywood as a writer. I’ve worked for most of the major studios, and more than a few actors. I’ve had the good fortune of having Warner Brother’s produce one of my scripts and Simon & Schuster publish one of my novels.
